We hope you can join us at our Age Friendly Mecklenburg Community Summit!

Your lived and professional experience will be essential as we collectively determine opportunities, solutions, and partners for moving this work forward! This gathering will be intentional and aiming to connect and shape AFM for its upcoming years. This is a Community Engagement gathering.

During the summit, we’ll ground ourselves in the AFM framework, explore who’s in the room, and walk through our updated goals, objectives, and the 8 Domains of Livability. We’ll also engage in a hands-on activity designed to help us identify priorities and shape next-step strategies for Mecklenburg County.
